Well, I finally got around to using up all my odds and ends of yarn on Knitty's Leftover vest (I've deleted myself from the picture because the pic was taken on my webcam and the rest of me looked like a funhouse mirror)

Took 6 days to knit, 8 days to sew in the ends of all the little stripes...yeah, I'm knitting in solid colors for a while...

That looks great.  I applaud you for tackling a project with that much end weaving.

weaving in ends can make a girl go mad!

I love it, I need to make one myself at some point.

It looks adorable.
And I'm sorry I laughed at the 6 days to knit..8 days to weave in the ends.
It struck me as tragically funny.

jeebus, i know how you feel! i'm working on a modified version of magknit's sesame, and i actually made the stripes smaller because apparently i'm an idiot. i think the finishing work is going to take as long as knitting it will. ugh.

the vest looks great though!
