I am so proud of myself (yes I know that's conceited but what the heck) I FINALLY made a round ripple afghan. For months I have been trying but could not figure out the pattern, but with some help over at www.crochetville.net I got it. I am calling this one Rock Round Ripple I used Red Heart Super Saver Black and Red. Have planned two more as Christmas gifts.

Oh I love this, great color combo, and each stripe is the perfect width to really show it off (I have stripe issues, I can't get them to look right.) Great job!

It's not conceited, you should be proud!  That blanket rocks!  Besides, it does a person good to inflate their head every so often...  Great job! Cheesy

It's awesome. I keep trying to make one with my beloved LionBrand Homespun, but it keeps getting all wonky and un-flat. ugh.

Maybe I'll have to find another yarn...  Embarrassed

it's beautiful!  may I ask where you got the pattern?  Your color choice is really nice.  I can see making this in something hefty/durable for a small throw rug too!

There are two sides to a trumpeter's personality.  There is the one that lives only to lay waste to the woodwinds and strings, leaving them lying blue and lifeless along the swath of destruction that is the trumpeter's fury.  And then there's the dark side.

No! That's really cool. Be proud!

It looks like a monster blanket that I'd hide under and attack people.
