LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ORGANIZE!  THIS IS GONNA BE A HUGE SWAP.  I'LL DO MOST OF THE WORK IF SOMEONE JUST WANTS TO HELP ME KEEP AN EYE ON THE THREADS, I'D APPRECIATE IT!  PM ME IF YOU WANT TO HELP!

Swap Organizer himself/herself meets these conditions:
- Has fully read the Swap Info Guide: Yup
- Has successfully completed two swaps as a participant: Yup
- Is not organizing more than three swaps right now: Yup
- Will recruit a co-organizer or give all details to a Swap Moderator if this swap has more than 25 participants: Yup

Swap Organizer will check each participant to make sure they meet these conditions:
- Has been a member for at least one month: Yup
- Has posted at least 15 times: Yup
- Has completed at least one swap successfully before signing up for more: Yup

Details of swap:
Back by popular demand! Share your crafty knowledge and create a DIY Kit for a craftster and in return learn something you've always wanted to learn but just didn't know where to start, or what to get!! All participants will be matched as best as possible accoriding to the kits they can make and the kits that they'd like to receive, so that we can all learn these kewl crafts from each other.

Craft Kits should include:

-project sheet with instructions and techniques (feel free to include samples/examples)
-materials
-tools with which to complete the project

ATTENTION:
I WILL NOT TOLERATE NON COMMUNICATION OR FLAKING! YOU MUST PROVIDE A DC NUMBER WHEN YOU MAIL OUT IF WITHIN THE US.  IF NOT, THE CUSTOMS NUMBER OFF THE RECEIPT OR PROOF OF MAIL OUT!  COMMUNICATE!  THIS IS A BIG SWAP THAT I'VE TAKEN ON SO PLEASE INFORM ME WHEN YOU MAIL OUT AND RECIEVE VIA PMs!


Feedback will be given in the following manner:

1) Great Swapper, Great communications: there were no problems whatsoever.
2) Sent Early: obvious
3) Sent Late with Great Communication: You told me you were going to send late before or on the date of send outs. (i didnt have to hunt you down)
4) Sent Late with Bad Communication: You didnt tell me you were going to send late until the day after the send outs or after that or i had to hunt you down.
5) No DCN or Proof of mailout: obvious
6) Great swapper, problems with communications: you did great swapping but didnt PM me when you mailed out and/or recieved
7) Flaked - gets negative feedback.

Rules:
1. Craftsters MUST communicate with each other - at least in the beginning to acknowledge their partners, and at the end to reassure them that their kit's on the way. If you think you're having trouble, or are unsure, PM ME!!!

2. Also I need you to PM me when you send your kit and  when you receive your kit.

3. If you're going to be late in sending, or are having any trouble at all, please let me know.. .. .be nice to your fellow Craftster, and keep them aware of your situation.

4. If you've never swapped beofre, please read the Swaps Info Guide.

Here's the list.  I've made an error somewhere and PattyOFurniture is getting two packages but only making one but i can't seem to find where i've messed up.  so i'm asking for your help!  Everyone needs to look at the list and make sure that you're making and getting the same amount of kits back.  Please PM me if you're the other person i've messed up.
