It's actually black ribbon, I used basically whatever I had.
So, her hair is really thin, but I might add more ribbon & some yarn in there to thicken it up Smiley

Ah, I actually didn't use any of those tutorials for that doll.
I just kind of made a little body outline on paint and did about 3 alters until I got one that didn't have a giraff neck. Then just played with it.
The arms & legs sucked.
