So it was Labor Day weekend and I was bored.  I needed a knit fix and I couldn't sleep.

Click, Click, Click until the wee hours -- by 4am the hat was done!

Here's the link to Emisanboo's cunning pattern:   http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=19076.20

Instead of using circular needles I used dpns and co 66st instead of 64st.  Also used Lion Brand Wool-Ease worsted wgt.  Colors: gold #171, buttercup #158 and cranberry #138.  It makes for a lightweight (but comfortable) hat.

Fun and easy project!

Next time I'll try it in Lopi.

Tom Servo sporting a cunning hat (btw, this is one of the Servo heads from MST3K -- "Werewolf" episode, the one w/Mike and the bots as a 50's girl group)

Thanks for looking! Kiss

Tom servo, and flappy eared hat? you are awesome.

Adorable hat, in all seriousness. I am jealous, and the pompom rocks, most I see round these parts are one color, no matter what

Gosh, I'm flattered!  Thanks!  It's my first FO post on craftster -- I've been lurking for a while and I finally figured out how to upload pics!   Roll Eyes

Hehe, I love it! Ah yes, Jayne Cobb "What did you all order a dead guy for?" hehe, crazy cat.

Ahhhhhhhhhh! Tom Servo! I LOVE MST3K! I do not think I have seen that episode. Which reminds me I need to buy some MST3K box sets. hehe.

Great job on the hat, I feel as though I need to make one now.

Jayne AND Tom Servo? That is just great.  Cheesy

Whenever I see someone elses Jayne hat, I feel like I need to make another. But then I remember that I've already made two and a mini-Jayne doll, and that I really don't need another. :-]
