that link isn't working for me. i would love to make an apron top- but i am very new to sewing and i wouldn't know where to start unless i had a pattern...

Just go to the swaps board and find the Worth Your While Apron Swap thread.  You'll see it in the swaps board near the top!

Simplicit 3807 is similar to a apron top -- views G & H -- I would not mind making a few of these.  Is anyone interested in sewing along with me?
