should be pretty easy, just find a small stuffed toy, cut it in half, and shove the usb memory stick components inside and glue to the edge of the fur, maybe tuck the edge of the fur down to give it a nicer edge

I'd probably make a small velcro-lined pouch for the USB stick within the teddy, then glue velcro to the USB. Easier to remove it from the bear for washing purposes.

It's a cute idea, though, I might make one :3

I made one from Sponge Bob, and it was quite easy just a matter of opening some seems and inserting the thumbdrive. If you have problems I can post the tutorial of how I made him. Here are some pictures of how he came out.

Sponge Bob has his USB connection in an amusing spot. Wink
