upon questioning him for what he wants for his birthday he came up with the idea that he wanted a party, since he hadn't had one since he was little.  I mean last year i made him a record bowl, a pillowcase, and a hand drawn card and he loved it since no one really does much for his b-day anymore.

FACTS: he's turning 19, likes cars (drifting not nascar), possibly up to a costume party, friends are known as the chaos crew, likes hardcore music, does not drink so no keg parties lol, I'm afraid  a toga party would lead to drinking, I'm only 16 but i get along w/ his friends some of who are older than he, wants a cookie cake. (recipes welcome!),

So far my possible theme ideas are:
(ones w/ stars are the ones I'm more preferable to)
-chuck-e-cheese (but it's rather expensive)
*capture the flag (at local park)
-kickball party (at park)
-toga party
*car party? (i like this idea b but am limited in ideas)
*heros and villians (he's a ninja turtle boy lol)

Okay...  (not sure if this has much to do with anything, i just thought -teen boys, why not-)
I used to watch the Brendan Leonard Show when it was on, I dunno if you watched it but it was friggn hilarious, just a bunch of teen boys who did stupid stuff for the Family Channel. One time they duct taped all their joints together and had races (like duct tape around the elbows, wrists, knees, and torso), they would just go to the park or something and run around like losers becuase they couldn't bend.  You could incorporate that as a game, I've never tried it, but I'm sure it'd be fun.  Cheesy
