Okay. So my oldest daughter is turning 7 this year. Her birthday is December 28th. She is always getting 'stood up' for her parties because of the date. I want her to have a fun party and try to make it a little more convenient for people. I don't want to spend a ton of money on the party (so we can also get her plenty of gifts...) Cheesy I despise that her bday is in the winter but that is sheerly my fault. LMAO Grin So any ideas/tips/suggestions? We would prefer to do it at home, but all suggestions will be considered!

Then in January my youngest has her party..... any tips there too? LOL I know I know I know... ANYTHING ELSE??? LOL That's it for now I think...........

What about:
New years eve theme-set the clocks so the kids think they stayed up later, make a baloon drop, noise makers, snacks
Movie theater at home-set up a movie theater in your living room with rope lights for isle lights(you could get these on clearnace after christmas.  Set up a consession stand with drinks, pop corn & candies.  Give the kids fake money to spend.
Pet adoption/Pet shop party party-Set up a pet shop in your living room with suffed animals( they have cute ones at dollar tree)  Let the kids pick out a pet.  Make adoption certificates for them to fill out.  Have them decorate collars made out of felt for their pets.

For the 5 year old:
Fairy party, under the sea party, carnival/circus theme, ice cream party, 50's sock hop.

It all depends on what they're into.  Hope this helps!
