i kind of thought about putting this in the quilting section because the actual product is free motion quilted and bound, but since it was for my dog and my new bike i thought, "miscellaneous it is!" anyway, i got this new awesome bike for my birthday in july and i just thought it needed a basket! and furthermore i thought my dog needed to ride inside the basket since she loves that kind of stuff, hence i made this little liner so her feet wouldn't fall through the silly little parts of the basket! hope y'all like it!

here's the whole bike:

a view of how it's attached:

and my gertie getting ready to ride:

thanks for lookin'!!

hi everyone! thanks for all the nice compliments! gertie loves her basket, and jayne, sometimes she does wear little outfits when we go riding. i never have, but it's an idea!
anyway, some of you asked about the bike. isn't it fabulous? my boyfriend gave it to me for my birthday in july. it's from a company that i have admired for a long time called electra. they make steel frame bikes in the u.s. with the best parts, the best fit, the best everything! this is from thier cruiser collection and it's called the daisy. they just released the same bike, only it's blue. i like mine better...anyway, here's the website in case you really want a super cool, super comfy bike to ride around town in, or if you just want to see all of the neat-o bikes that they make!

thanks again for all the nice things you've said!  Grin
