Made from, plain t-shirts, (scrap fabric only on for the brown one), wood handles, iron-on transfers. The Erykah Badu Bag (orange) has round handles and the Bob Marley bag has semi-circle shaped handles. Got the handbag idea from the book "Teasse: 50 Inspired T-shirt Transformations".

Tell me what ya think. All feedback welcome. Tips too!  Wink

oh wow I love them both! But I do love the handles on you second bag! Great work!! They both look simple but very stylish at the moment! Just love the saying though!

the first handles - did u get them from walmart?i bought some there and they looked prtty much exactly the same cept i used min on a bag made from a tea towel...anyway luv the bags!

those are sooo cute!  I love the shape of the bags and the idea of using up t-shirts is a good idea.  The handles go great with the bags, I love em!

Thanks you guys.  I'm glad someone else like em'.

Mr. Bean, I didin't get the handles from Wal-Mart, they actually came from the craft store, A.C. Moore.  I'll have to check Wal-Mart next time to compare prices though.  Did you post your creations on here?  I'd love to see.
