Yep, I use fusible interfacing.  The handles are super easy to make!  All you do it cut out long rectangles, iron on some interfacing, fold the edges in, and fold the entire thing in half.  Then sew it on the long open side.  Then fold it in half again, and sew it all up the side except for two inches on the top and the bottom.  It's that simple!

Made a personal swap bag for GraceOblivious who sent me wonderful needle felting supplies...I never posted them because I didn't want to make anyone else jealous!  I'm not joking!!! I feel this swap was way out of balance in my favor!  So I also added some extra fulled sweater fabric to try to make up for it!

I put the purse on the Purse Recon board...cuz that 'felt' like a good little home for it!

I've been in a personal swap with loves2experiment for a while now! We were aiming for an August 31st send out but that didn't happen, and I have yet to send out my end of things yet. Bad me! But I must show off the gorgeous pantas and fabric loves2 sent me!



The pink panta is for my kidlet, who loves pink with a passion. The orange one is for me and is so unbelievably soft (microfiber yarn) plus the bonus of matching fat quarters of fabric!

Pantas are knitted headbands. There done a certain way usually, you can see it in the pic she posted what they look like

piratecore sent me these AWESOME pirate shirts for my son.  they are just a touch too big, but he'll grow into them soon enough!  the first is my hands-down favorite - a stencil (?) of a pirate ship and, written below it, "R is for Pirate".  the second has a patch that says "pirate bones".  Action shots!

I did a personal swap with the lovely Lasandri recently ( my second swap with her  aren't I lucky?!)

goodness that little Turing is too freakin precious! im glad they are big, cause toddlers grow SO quick! and yes it was a stencil, so if you/he really take a liking to it I can make one in a bigger size when he outgrows that one. *you are welcome!*
