Hi everyone:

Since it's the first on the month, I thought it would be fun to list our Etsy goals for September here so we can all track and then pop back here and share how we do as the month progresses.  Some examples of what you might want to set goals for:  number of sales, number of hearts, number of views, feedback score, number of new items listed, etc.

I don't want to go nuts with mine, so here are three for me to get us started.  They are "stretch" goals, as I prefer to make it challenging for myself despite the fact that I might not hit any of them Smiley

Number of sales:  60 items for the month of September (yeah, I know, that's going to be very difficult!)
Number of hearts  reach 200 by end of month
Feedback score:  reach 150 by end of month

How about you?  What are your goals?  And don't hesitate to list them even if they are modest goals ... such as "my first sale"!

My goals: At least 10 sales. I have had 3, so I'm off to a good start! I really don't make that many sales, anyway, so I think this is a good goal for me. I'll work my butt off to get it that's for sure! ^_^

Also, to spread out my listings. I tend to post most of my items at once because I'm sitting down at my computer and if I don't do it NOW, I won't do it. So that will be a very tough goal for me! Smiley

Goodluck with yours, Deb! I'm sure you will reach your goals.

My goals are:

1.  List new items at least twice a week
2.  Participate in the ETSY forums more
3.  Finish hanging the fliers in my building and neighboring buildings.
4.  Finish and list the project I have had floating around in my head for months!
5.  Join....apply for uber's blog ring.
6.  Keep my craft space in a workable functioning state! By that I mean clean up when I finish a project!

That should do it for now.....

- get at least 2 items done per week...this will be hard because I also have chemisty things to fool with during the week
- finish some custom orders I have yet to start!
- Make at least 10 sales this month- 1 down, 9 to go as of sept 1st  Smiley I made 9 sales in August so I would like to top that at least.
- try to take more "action shots" of items
- order more biz cards!

edit: forgot this- I would LOVE to sell just 1 photograph. That would make me more happy then anything else!

My September goals:

1. Complete at least three more lovers' mitten sets before Craftin' Outlaws on the 23rd (THAT will be a stretch)

2. Get a model/assistant so I can take photos of armwarmers, scarves, etc ON someone, outside

3. Sell $50 worth of merchandise to cover my table cost at CO (I hope that won't be a stretch . . .)

4. Use CO to generate interest in my Etsy website, and ultimately some pre-holiday sales.

5. List everything I don't sell at CO on my Etsy.

6. After Craftin' Outlaws, knit at least one baby cap for Caps to the Capitol, and help my knitting club participate as well.

I guess I'll jump in here with some goals.

I want to sell a least 5-10 things this month.
I want to MAKE at least 5-10 things this month, lol.

I'm leaving it at that, b/c I don't want to stress myself out over it, lol.

My goals:

1.) Make a 1st sale (don't care what sells, just want to know that someone wants something I did)  *MET - one of my totes sold!!

2.) Post more of my art prints (at least 40 more)

3.) Put up for sale the quilted stockings I made.

Ok.. that's a good goal.. I'm working on the promotion aspect.. hopefully I'll get a few more hearts and that first sale.

I've been able to meet all my Etsy shop goals for the past three months so I hope I'm able to do it once again!

1.  20 sales (1 down 19 to go!)

2.  List at least 3 items a week.

3.  Stock up on stuff for Christmas

4.  Get my zine Uber Crafy: Etsy Shops (featueres 10 Esty shops everyother month) ready for it's debut.

Great goals everyone! Good luck!

My goals are pretty basic:

I want to sell all the items marked SUMMER SALE (to clear summer inventory)

AND

I want to list at least two hats and two scarves, as well as a listing for custom hats in three styles/types of yarn.

Pretty basic, I just need to ramp up my advertising and self-promotion so people notice my sale (15% marked items BTW).
