First to receive! Frogz and her boyfriend Nick were great swap partners and we found out that we had a lot in common.

Here's what we got:

Nick stenciled a llama eating a daisy on a shirt for me!

Frogz handsewed an iBook cozy for my Daniel's (my boyfriends's) computer (I think Nick also did that lovely Apple stencil).

And they framed a picture that Frogz took for our new apartment--it's broken down into four smaller prints that are meant to hang in four separate frames, spaced out a little bit, but they couldn't find any at IKEA (I think I saw just the right thing at the IKEA in Seattle, though, so I'll pick some up next time I go.)

Thanks frogz! This swap was so much fun!

Looking forward to seeing what everyone else gets...

Listy, thank you so much for such an awesome package! I love everything in it -- You've given me a case of the swap anxieties though!  Cheesy I can't wait to see what your girlfriend sends Bryan!  Grin

(PS - From the looks of the pictures, California is so much more entertaining than upstate New York -- All we have here is lots of trees!)  Cheesy

I received from Folara and her SO today! I love everything so much and so will Nick (I'm moving right now, so he hasn't had a chance to see everything yet) I will post pictures as soon as my apartment is sorted out (in a couple days). I just wanted to let everyone know that I had an awesome time with this swap and folara and her SO!  Cheesy

Here's the wonderful stuff I recieved from Stellato escuro!

A very nice handsewn needle book, with my initial hand-embroidered on the cover (quite impressive!):

A gorgeous painting (this picture does not do the colors justice!) I really love it, and it is currently residing over my bf's house, as my dorm room is crammed.

For my computer-game obsessed boyfriend:

He loves it!!!!!!!  He went on about it for the rest of the night.  I think he might marry it instead of me  Wink

Me: What if we're on the same page, but in different books?

I'm so glad you like it. We were a little nervous about the file thing, but we figured everyone can be more organized.

Okay, so hands down, I got teh BEST package EVER. No contest. Okay, pictures.

The boy's stuff.

He got a tee shirt with an elk on it and a polar fleece banket made of elk, moose, leaf and grass prints. I'm so happy with his because he was a little leery of the swap process. But he should really love this. Here's my goodies.

A long skirt and a round purse! Both off my wists! I tried to make the round purse once and it was a disaster like you can't believe. Anyway, both of these are perfect in every way, including the awesome fabrics.

Thanks crazygirl, you made a day in the dorms a bit lots better!
