Thank you! Let me tell you something; I was having a doozie of time with those toes. The method you described below is the way I'm going to start doing it. That's hecka easy and I can change the fabric of the toes to a different design like polka dots, stripes, etc. to give it an eclectic look. Thank you sooooooooo much!

BTW, I love your poppet. The long feet really does make it look like a bunny, wunny rabbit Cheesy

Thank you! Maybe I did the toes different? I cut 2 toe pieces per leg (4 total) sewing along the bumpy edge and leaving the opposite side open to attach to the foot.
