The safety pin is the best part.

Wait, that just made it sound like the rest of the shirt was horrible.

I meant that [to me] the safety pin looks really cool on the shirt.

I think that makes it sound a bit better.

I love the shirt. I love the safety pin bit, and the green straps with the pink works really well.

ok, so back to the original poster. i like it all, it would have been fantabulous if you could have gotten a pic of the back, but i understand the whole watching your own back thing... it's kind of hard  to do that stuff. unless you're gumby... who sort of freaked me out when i was little.

well, my dear, i liked your top very much. i, however, didn't like the safety pin but that's because i could imagine something fabulous in it's place. you did say that you had just made it so i guessed something else would go there eventually but that could have been the look you were going for. the colour is great and the bottom detail very nice.
i started sewing when i was really young and make money at it now. i encourage you to take classes if you can, it was the very best thing i ever did, i learned SO Much. you have talent already.

The bad news: There is no key to happiness.
The good news: It isn't locked.

Great top!!!  I didn't even check that you were 14 and I still really liked it.  I liked the safety pin but I would add beads to it?
