So I have some really nice buttons shaped as hearts and stuff and I was wondering if anybody had any ideas. the buttons are somewhat small, about 1cm x 1cm or so.

Also, is there a way to make the bracelet come on and off without using a clasp, but it fits perfectly on the wrist without having to leave it on all the time?

You could always make a cha-cha bracelet.  They have the expansion band so its an easy fit.
