I just finished this last night.  Its supposed to be a kitty cat, but the ears are a little to pointy.  I had such problems getting them on straight I eventually gave up and made my husband sew them on.
It has earflaps  and is made from Caron SS, and some fuzzy super soft novelty yarn I bought like a year ago.  Its her new winter hat and she loves it.
Looks more like wolf ears...or maybe fox ears....

Is pink! And has nice ears. Smiley They're still kinda kitten-ish.

SHe keeps putting it on and meowing, so I guess that means its a kitty hat.

My niece ADORES pigs, and she was walking behind me, she wants me to make her one and put a nose on it. So guess what Aunty has to do now! It think it's adorable, and I think it looks like kitty ears!
