I will be closing sign ups around 10 pm EST. That should give west coaster's time to get in last minute if they want to.

Nice try  silly, I can't give you the list untill I post partners. I will do both at the same time. Though it probably won't take me 48 hours to post partners, I'm just giving myself that long incase I need it. Just like TheBon and Kaesea did in round one.

I want to pair people as well as they did. Granted some people are going to be paired according to who will ship outside of their own country and such for convinience as much as possible.

When I send out partner information to everyone I will also send my mailing address to those who said they would like to contribute to the prize basket.
