I've just made my first amigurumi! He is the  little monkey from roxycrafts set of animals 9www.roxycraft.com) He is a bit smaller than the pattern asks for as I used some brown 4ply wool I found in a charity shop for 20p and 3.50mm needles. I changed the pattern a little as I made his tail longer and his arms thicker (extra row of sc). I also added some felt to the bottom of his feet as he looked like a duck without it!
My bf has pinched him to sit on his desk at work  Smiley

He is not as see through as he looks - the flash on my carmera has made his stuffing glow up!)

There will always be people who say mean words  because you are different, and sometimes their minds cannot be changed. There are many more people who do not judge others based on how they look or where they are from. THOSE are the people whose WORDS truly matter.
