None of my friends or I wanted to go to the actual prom, so one of them decided to have an Anti-Prom, the thing was, we still had to dress up, go figure. I never like store bought dresses, and patterns are hard to find in Rome (where I live) so I took one my mother had and SERIOUSLY revamped it.
This is the pattern I used:

This is what I was going for:

(the one on the right)
and this is what I made:

It came out pretty well, I think.

From the book Godless:

Just Al: I know that God is real. I feel his presence in my heart
Me: What does it feel like?
Just Al: It's hard to describe Jason. It feels good.
Me: Oh. I thought maybe it was like heartburn or something.

I'm with everyone else. That green is amazing! I never see prom dresses, or any formal dresses for that matter, that shade. It's lovely.  And it doesn't even look like the original pattern.

Gorgeous dress! And go Anti Prom-ers! My friends and I did that this year because our school makes us find dates and we didn't want to. So we went out for dinner and a movie in our fancy dresses. Smiley Much more fun, in my opinion...
