Ok change of plans. im running out of the midnight blue, and i went to michaels yesterday and did not find the same color. I haven't checked joanns but im also running out of time. So I had to adjust the patern a bit. It is now going to be a 40 x 64 inch afghan. That means:
16 - 8 inch squares
32 - 4 inch squares
4 - 16 inch squares

that puts me a LOT closer to being done and it'll still be enough to cover her twin bed. If i have leftover sky blue yarn, i will add a border. So I will DEFINITELY be posting pics tonight since i should actually be fully done by tonight. This is my status:

13 out of 16
22 out of 32
2 out of 4

Ok sorry I never posted any in progress pictures, I was really in a rush to finish it!
I also ran out of yarn at the very end, so it doesn't look as "finished" as I would have liked but my sister loved it and in the end that's all that matters Grin

Here it is, final measurement 42 x 64 inches:

Since my girls actually nap (knock on wood), I am going to start trying to work off my negative feedback.  Life got hectic with their early arrival.  I apologize for the inconveniences my flaking caused.
