Granny Square Crochetalong!!!

They were the last time I went, but that was back in April. But it's liquids that they went crazy over, so I'm not sure if that would have changed.

Yeah, nail clippers are still allowed.  Last time I checked, blunt nosed scissors were too.

can anyone join a craft along? or is it the same as with swaps?? If it's ok to jump right in, I'd love to. I always have several things going. I made (but don't have pictures...no camera, ungh!) a huge granny square afghan, big enough to fit over a Queen bed, with room to spare, for my hubby. I'm currently working on 3 more afghans. I have got a few baby ones under my belt as well.Granny squares is about all I know how to crochet lol

it ended up using about 3 lb of yarn... cuz i used about half of the 2 7oz i ran out and bought after i finished up the 2 pounders.

Naelany-I don't know much about craftalongs, and I don't know about anyone else, but I'd love for you to join this crochetalong!!!  The more ideas, the merrier!

I've taken a few days off the grannies too-I need a rest from it.  I'll pick it up again this weekend.

Heh, whether I can or not, this post has inspired me back to one of my granny's. I so wish I could show it off, but I have no camera available (MIL just called to tell me that hers is currently broken, not likely to be fixed or replaced, so there went that option )
I was knitting all morning, and switched to the granny. Nice change of pace lol.
