Hi everyone! These are my first attempts at making handbags:

This is made from an old t-shirt that didn't fit me quite well. I loved the graphic, so I made it into a purse instead. The bamboo handles were kind of a b*tch to attach, but it was worth it!

I found this awesome fabric at Mood Fabrics and was desperate to make something out of it. I LOVE the colors.  Cheesy

To the extent that i wear skirts and cheap nylon slips, i've gone native...

These are great, not to mention for a first! the one from the old t-shirt is really cute, and i love the fabric one the second!

OMG, I feel like such a name dropper! I didn't even start watching Project Runway until after I had been going there for a while. I was like, wait, is that Mood on TV? Jeebus, is that MY fabric helper guy on TV? Weird. Hee.

I guess I resemble the graphic on the t-shirt, because people were like, wait, are you wearing a t-shirt of YOURSELF? LOL. Oh well.
