I've made some homemade paper, and it would be really useful to make graph paper from some of it. Any suggestions on doing that without a ruler and pen? I was thinking about using a series of strings on some kind of frame and dipping it in food coloring or ink, but if anyone can think of an easier way that would be sweet.

If you can run it through a printer, check out http://www.incompetech.com/, who has generously put many, many different graph paper generators for many, many different kinds of graphs. Smiley

If not, you may still be able to use his stuff - print one of those, transfer it to acetate, and then cut it like a stencil and ink it that way. Smiley

I haven't tried printing on it yet, but the paper is kinda raggedy and small, so we'll see. As for those PDFs of graph paper ... ::sigh:: ... magic. Smiley I love graph paper.
