The first person will list between three and ten themes they'd like featured on an ATC card.

Some one will choose the first person, state the theme they will use, then post their own list of 3-10 themes.

YOU MAY ONLY MAKE AND SEND ONE ATC CARD. YOU MAY CREATE AN ATC ENVELOPE FOR IT IF YOU WISH, BUT THIS IS OPTIONAL. PLEASE ONLY SEND ONE ATC CARD & ENVELOPE – NO EXTRAS!

YOU WILL EXCHANGE YOUR ADDRESS WITH THE PERSON WHO PICKS YOU – THE ORGANIZER WILL NOT SEND INFORMATION TO YOUR PARTNER.

DC#S WILL NOT BE REQUIRED FOR THIS SWAP. IF YOUR ATC CARD DOES NOT ARRIVE WITHIN TWO WEEKS OF CHOOSING, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESEND OR YOU WILL RECEIVE A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FOR THE SWAP.
