I bought really ugly coat rack from fleamarket, 'cauz I wanted to make it  really cute Kitty coat rack. Thanks to my kids I lost few of the wooden things you use to hang the coats from (sorry, my english isn't good enough!???) so I had to improvise, and I came up w/this

I covered it w/Kitty gift paper, used some thin nails and pink and purple beads to make the missing thingies. The nails are't thick enough to hold coats or stuff like that, but are good enough for bags and keys.
