i make my own half-toasted muesli. i leave the oats and coconut threads raw and stick the pepitas, sunflower seeds and almonds in the oven to toast.

and i keep the fruit separate so i can add whatever i feel like that morning. though i don't know why i bother as i just about always have cranberries.
dried pineapple is nice too, though.

Apple Burritos (serves 2)
Cut up two apples into "date" sized pieces
Saute them in butter with a little Cinnamon and vanilla
Cover half of a whole wheat tortilla in peanut butter.
Add the apples to the tortilla and there you go a breakfast in like five minutes and go can eat it in the car or while you walk. Just don't over stuff them. That would be bad.

Mix peanut butter and honey, spread on a tortilla, top with diced apple-roll up and eat!

make a slice of toast, top with Nutella and a sliced banana-yum! Nutella is so decadent-it's a chocolate hazelnut spread that's good on anything-and it even has less fat and calories and sodium than peanut butter! Not quite as much protien, but so what?

If I have a little more time,I beat an egg like I'm going to scramble it,pour it in the skillet, but don't stir it-let it cook flat like a fried egg.Put it on a tortilla, top with salsa.Maybe a slice of cheese if I don't mind sitting down with a fork-I always fill it too full.

And I like to mix dry cereal with vanilla yogurt.

Wow - look at all the carbs! Wish I was young again - now they just put me to sleep, so I leave them for dinner when I'm actually looking forward to sleep.

I'm basically a plain yoghurt and berry, or a soy smoothie in the morning, just because I need to take my flax, and if you don't take it the same time every day your...schedule can get really messed up!
