As soon as I get some more feedback, I am so in. This swap made me fall in love with comics again.

As soon as I get some more feedback, I am so in. This swap made me fall in love with comics again.

Excellent!  Always good to see more people embracing comics, whether new fans or returning ones.

Just so people know about where I, the organizer, am coming from, here is a brief history my comics reading:
-The first comic I read was Walt Disney's Mickey Mouse series.  That was when I was still in elementary school.  (I'm now in graduate school.)
-I got back into comics in college, starting with some Buffy and Star Wars comics.  Then I just started reading whatever looked appealing.
-My current subscription list is as follow: Birds of Prey, Catwoman, Batman: Detective Comics, Batman, 52, New Avengers, Daredevil, The Boys, Astonishing X-Men (though that never ships on time!), and Civil War.
-Other books I have read and enjoyed, but they are cancelled or I don't have money to subscribe to them: Hitman, Gotham Central, Nightwing, Batgirl, Alias, Sleeper, The Losers, Queen and Country.

So far, the people who have signed up have lots of different interests.  A brief sample includes Hellblazer, Sin City, Preacher, X-Men, Batman, and Watchman.  Something for everyone!

Yay. I just signed up. I meant to sign up for the X-men swap but forgot and tottally lost out, so I'm really looking forward to this.

I believe in everything until it's disproved. So I believe in fairies, the myths, dragons. It all exists, even if it's in your mind. Who's to say that dreams and nightmares aren't as real as the here and now. -John Lennon
