Awww. I love that. And your fabric choices are great as well. You will have to post a picture of the completed project.

I have been thinking of doing something similar for a friend of mine's little girl -- just a small nap size quilt. I might have to borrow your color scheme. This is much cuter than just all pink.

What an amazing quilt your daughter will have to treasure!!

I love the combination of colors & pattern you're using - and or course I love your stitchette!  (you were very lucky to get her before they sold out - I should say your daughter was lucky!)

I hope you'll share the final quilt.

Thanks! I couldn't believe my luck in getting these patterns. My boss had me doing things away from my computer all day and the one time I got near it... BINGO! Lucky me.
If anyone is interested, you can see my WIP quilt on flickr:
PS- nice to "see" you MaryBell!

What a lucky little girl to have such a cute quilt  Smiley

I read your manifestos and strange religious tracts.  You took me to your library and kissed me in the stacks.

this one is even sweeter than the previous...

btw I looked at a few other photos (hope you don't mind I peeked)

and I really liked "Julia and Leo" a sweet shot and is it me or is Leo a very large cat (in which case, I suppose his name would be appropriate)...

Come visit my photos anytime Mary Bell! Yes, Leo is a very large cat that believes he is a very tiny cat.

lol. Sounds like my cat Clippey. He's a long-haired "tuxedo" cat. He's almost as clumsy as me.  Roll Eyes Your daughter is a very lucky girl!
