Click on the image to enlarge and you will see about half way down what looks like a bat.  The guy who owns this shop (in Australia) is super friendly.

I have seen molds for this design on ebay, for polymer clay. The actual bats might be available too, or you could ask the seller where they got the original.  Search for "bat mold" or "bat polymer clay mold".
