*jumps up and down*

I'm Scottish, living in South West Scotland. Some things on the site I have no idea where to get living where I am, but at the moment I'll just make do with what I can get. Theres some nice little craft shops here that I visit, but I'll also buy online if I need to.

heyho
yay lonely scottish people get together to moan! how typically scottish hehe  Wink
I work in a fabric shop, so I cant really complain, although the choice of dress fabric is constantly decreasing, i guess theres more money to be made in upholstery  Undecided
Also apparently its hard to source dress fabric because manufacturers just dont make that much in the UK anymore because of lack of demand.. so OBVIOUSLY the answer is for us all to buy as much as we can and get other people into it....
for the good of the industry  Cool

I'm not Scottish, but I live in Scotland, does that count?

I spoke to my cousin's wife, and she said the only way to get any craft supplies affordably is online and at fairs.

I'm not Scottish either but I live in NE Scotland.  I've been lurking here for a while now and have to say I have lost so much time not only seeing what amazing things everyone here makes but trying to pluck up the courage to join in  Roll Eyes
I live in a very rural bit of Scotland but we are incredibly lucky to have a wonderful lady who is our local florist but dedicates a bit of her shop to crafts so I at least have access to some wool, needles and my most recent purchase acrylic paint  Grin
