I made this book to commemorate our Great American Road trip. I'm making one book per state we visited. It's a 6 x 6 scrapbook with little protectors inside. I printed the fabric myself -- that's a picture of the giant potato we saw at the World Potato Expo in Blackfoot, Idaho, and on the back (which you can't see) I put a map of the roads we drove -- then glued it to the front using Heat & Bond heavyweight.

And yes, Idaho is about more than potatoes, but it just seemed really funny to me!

I can post a tutorial if anyone is interested...It's actually pretty quick and simple, and you could modify it to put paper in and bind it with a ribbon if you wanted!

what other giant/big touristy things next? giant potato is funky! in australia we have the big pineapple, giant koala and lobster...and a heap more
