**Nice Bass** Fish Art Painted Boxer Shorts

Man, posting my crafts is addictive.  I get feedback, praise, and I get a total high when I see how many ppl have viewed my project and...even better...REPLIED!  AHHHH.

Speaking of personal ego stoking...this isn't really my project.  My fiancé is Herr Craftster this time.  The school where I taught has a spring fair every year.  There's a popular booth where you can do "Fish Art".  You paint a fish (real, dead, stinky) and then press a garment of your choosing (buy a shirt, bring a shirt) on the fish.  I gave Mr. Fiancé a pair of plain white cotton woven boxers (do you know how hard those are to find?) for his birthday; the next day, we set off to the fair to decorate those undies! 

I write too much.

Painting a dead fish....wow....neve r would have thought of that one. A few more weeks on here and nothing craft related will surprise me anymore. Your guy really does have a great bass....

I've been meaning to do this forever, except with "nice bass" stencilled on the back...because my last name is Bass.

Although, the dead fish makes for a pretty good story, and a cool image!

We did this project on my first day of third grade and I remember having so much fun!

My boyfriend's parents actually have a very cool print of a fish made the exact same way! I love the idea of putting the bass on the bim
