Wow, that's really awesome! Why don't I quilt when I'm always so impressed with the results?  Huh  Oh yeah, it's the fact that I can't fudge it if it's a wee bit off.  Great job!

Do you have a lot of luck with fusing?  The handful of times I've tried to fuse pieces together, it doesn't hold for more than 2-3 minutes.  Any tips?

Gosh, that's amazing.  I was looking at the paper pieces just the other day thinking about how that would look.  Now I know....BEAUTIFUL!!

Fantastic!!!!!!!! Do you cut the fabric after or before fusing?

I almost always use the paper-backed fusible web (like Wunder Under) so that I can apply it directly to the back of the fabric to be fused BEFORE I even cut the design out.  That ensures that there is adhesive evenly applied to the entire piece.  Also, I use the highest setting on my iron - although I am pretty sure that is NOT what the manufacturer directions suggest you do. Tongue  It is important to PRESS the pieces together with the iron - kind of using it as a heated weight.  Don't move it around like when taking wrinkles out of a shirt, but don't let it sit on the fabric for too long, either!

I hope that answers your questions!  Now I have a question for all of you!   I have really made great progress on the tree for Sweets4ever, but I need some input from my fellow Craftsters.  Do you think I need to add more leaves to this?  If I am going to add more, I need to do it before I cut this "aura" layer out.  So, any input (in the next few hours) would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks!

P.S. HAPPY WEDDING DAY SWEETS! Grin

I love it just as it is!  I think if you add too many more leaves it will take away from the beautiful design of the tree.
