wow, another great costume - you all are fast!

I've made a second muslin for my daughter's costume.  I don't like to have to make them, but since I knew ahead of time that this pattern would run big on her, I though it was necessary so it didn't look like a sack!  I think one more fitting and I should have everything sorted out and be ready to cut into the real fabric!

If only I had time, but with Cinderella going up in a week and two days (oh dear) and the A Christmas Carol right after I'm not going to have time this year. I love all the costumes so far and can't wait to see more!!!

Use what talent you possess - the woods would be very silent if no birds sang except those that sang best

I'm definately in on the costume-a-long.  I'm going as an evil Alice from Alice in Wonderland.  I'm using this Japanese lolita outfit as my inspiration:

I got this pattern for the shirt and am ready to start the muslin for it:

I wanted to be an evil alice too! I absolutely LOVE that dress you are using for inspiration! Alas, I have decided due to limited fabric availability and the fact that I want a faster costume,  Im using Silplicity's 4008, I am going to alter the Swidish one here into an evil Red Riding Hood

And by the way, that Little Shop Of Horrors costume is so unique! Great job!

I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!!!
