30-Something Swap?

yes of course - these dates are not in stone - I was putting that out there for ideas and get some suggestions going.

i also wanted to chime in that i might need more than 2 weeks to craft!

i will change the sign up dates and will you still need more than 2 weeks to craft. I can do 3 but when it gets longer then us "craftsters swap addicts" get a little antsy waiting for their craft also it gets a bit tricky with the new swap limit of 5 and having in progress on your profile can feel like months when you want to join more.

I guess I am in a point of my life where I have no clue what that is and how I would put it down for someone to craft for - but i will add it to the list.

so I will do a questionnaire and we craft according to it - also communication with our partners will be a must and will help with ideas.

Ooh, if the dates go a little later then I'll officially be able to participate!  Actually, I can participate the way they are now - my 30th birthday is August 31st.  I'm actually looking forward to it - I'm one of those people who was always "older" then the calendar.

Anyway, I'd love to join this swap - I like all of the ideas that have been floated thus far.  I'll be keeping my eye on it!

Ooh, this sounds like a fun one.  Maybe something where we make something to represent the memories of the decades we grew up in, and something to represent where we are now?  

I think the things I notice about being in my thirties are:
1. You get to have pimples AND grey hairs!
2.  We probably got either vinyl or cassettes as our first albums.
3.  We find it difficult to take Keanu Reeves seriously as an actor.  (Or is it just me who expects him to say, "Excellent, dudes..." at any moment?
4.  Many of us find ourselves with a hehhehehhehheh...Bu tthead laugh going through our brain when anything that could possibly be construed as any sort of innuendo is uttered. (Once again..I HOPE that's not just me...)

You're so right!  #4 is perfect!  I can't ever take him seriously....he will always be Ted to me.
