i got a book on "scrap" sewing at an antique store for $1.  like i have enough "scraps" of fabric to make ANY of the projects in the book!  anyways, it is from 1981 and i think the book i got must have been a sequel, because it is called "more scrap saver's stitchery."  what i wanted to share with you was this AWESOME bag!!  and the cute little crayon people too.  you can't see them real well, but they have little faces.  aww.

ohh are those the cutest or what!!!! now you have my mind rolling on how to make those little crayon people!  Did the book explain it at all? ...They would look so cute in my daughters room!

Oh god if you could post instructions for that bag/crayon people I would be SO grateful. My friend's birthday is coming up and this would be the perfect thing to make her.

one day i'll be wondering how
i got so old just wondering how
i never got cold wearing nothing in the snow
this is way beyond my remote concern

I have this book, I bought it at half.com for like 2.00, I don't think she can post the pattern because its still under copyright.

What is the name of the book? I searched on half.com and came up with Cool Crafts Book by the Crayola Kids Magazine staff. I'm pretty sure this is the one but want to double-check.
