I found this skirt on ebay. and i was wondering if anyone knew how to make one like it, or could give me tips on making it.  thanks.

I NEED shrinky dink straight pins for my sewing.  Can anyone help me? lol.

Make a skirt with gores attached to a waist yoke, but instead of straight down gores, cut them in a kind of half circle shape, or actually more like a J. When you assemble them, they come out swirled like that.
