P.S. You can never, ever have enough aprons. My latest one is a stenciled Tom Waits one. I made the stencil for my brother's birthday t-shirt and wanted to test it on something first to make sure it "worked".

I'm still a bit scared of swaps, but this one is so tempting.  I love handmade homemaker items and my name actually is Susie and I am an actual homemaker in real life.  My kids go back to school in just 2 days (hooray!), so I'll have even more time to craft. 

All I've wanted for months and months is a vintage type apron, but I am just a wee bit wide to look cute in the actual vintage one my Grandma sewed.  I also think there are few things more divine than fresh dishtowels for the kitchen.

I can do a good job sewing things that lay flat.  3-d scares me.  I know embroidery and crochet (knitting too if I have to).   I think I'm going to mull this one over and maybe I'll sign up too.

definitely sign up! i was scared silly the first time i did a swap but it has turned into a total addiction!

I did do one swap and it was fun. I can do basic sewing, but just don't want to get in over my head.

I was nearly finished with my sign-up pm when the computer ate my posting right after I'd gone into detail about the rooms in my house.... I'll try again later.

Did I say that the kids go back to school in just ONE DAY!  Hooray!  My kids are great, but enough with this unstructured time, they've taken to entertaining themselves by picking fights with each other... and I'm itching to start my volunteering again.

Why are there so many swaps I Need to participate in happening in almost exactly the same timeframe?!

I really hope there's a Round 3 for this!  I'm dying to sign up, but I'm already in the Verb Swap and it's my first, so I can't sign up for another until I complete it.

We need some way to pre-register for subsequent rounds of an In-Progress swap!
