When do you have time to read?  You are always crafting!! ha ha

thats why i need a bookmark!  i have to stop every few pages!  hahaha!
I was doing that the other day - every few pages, I'd have to stop and go write down another craft idea I'd gotten!

Yeah but definitely... crafting and reading don't work at the same time...  at least i can craft and watch tv at the same time!  i can't think of any way you can read and craft at the same time, can you?  unless you're painting with your feet or something.....

~k
I've knitted while reading before, but it's super inconvenient. Had to hold the book open by putting my left hand down against it, had to stop knitting everytime I wanted to turn a page.. It'd be easier if I'd had something to hold it open for me.

LOOKING FOR A PERSONAL SWAP: I'm hoping for dinosaur-themed Xmas crackers, or other dinosaur Xmas items. I can make a Jayne Cobb hat, or many other things!

Remember, like 60 pages back, that TheBon sent me some handspun yarn?  I know you all have moved on to the HOdown (without me  Cry)---however I have been busy with TheBon's creation:

The perfect ski hat.  It is tight, dense and fits snuggly.  Plus I have more yarn left over.

Ok - I wore the skirt knottydottie made for me to work today and it got rave reveiws. As a matter of fact, the creative director for movies.com said it was not only the perfect print but also the perfect cut for me! (which of course, we all already knew - since knottydottie kicks so much butt)^_~

knotty has been busy so hasn't had a chance to post pictures of the package I sent her. posting with her permission - she was such a lovely dance partner and polite too.  Kiss

So, here you go:

I sent knotty an embroidered owl wall hanging:

a wrist cuff - in nice browns and other warm colors:

a necklace made from watch parts - to satify some nerdiness:

and another necklace inspired by one on her wists made from a button, a czech glass bead and lots of sterling silver chain:

button from batgirl and glass bead from vw69.

Woo, nice work, anime! I like the watch necklace (watchlace?). the second necklace is gorgeous!

Snacker, your hat is great! Reminds me of the salt water taffy that sonjaboo sent me!  Cheesy
