Okay, I finished this a while ago, but I just got to putting it up when I realized how many other people were putting theirs up. I made it a pretty skirt and hat for my own entertainment. This is the first project I've taken to school and had my friends go crazy about. I love it, and just gave it to one of my friends last weekend. Thanks for the idea. I can't follow patterns so I just made it from the picture.

The hat and skirt are so funny! Nice colour for your octopus too.

:)Sebastian looks as though he is on fire. It's pretty fun. I really like the fact that everybody has been putting up their own octopodes after they make them. It gives me a big variety to see.

I really want to make this, but what does it mean to *1 Single Crochet in one, 2 Single Crochet in *1 around? What is *1? And why does it say 12 total at the end?
