I'm super proud, you guys.  I wanted to make a wallet for my sister that had card pockets, an ID pocket, a wide money pocket, and a change purse.  But NONE of the patterns I saw had all my desires. So.... I made one up!!!

I based it loosely on the packing tape wallet, only... well, sewn. Smiley

The front of the wallet.  It's a little sloppy, but it was my first one.  I bet if I did it again it would look better.

The change purse of the wallet.  I know one side of the zipper is exposed, but I didn't feel like putting a little flap over it, which I could have. Smiley

I made it to match this messenger bag I made for her for school.  I get to give it to her in a few days, I'm so excited!! Smiley

actually, the messenger bag doesn't have a closure.  it's for her school books, and i know she's going to overstuff it sometimes, so i didn't want a flap that wouldn't close.  if she wants me to add one, though... i will.  probably a magnetic snap. Smiley
