so awesome it hurts.
i love the idea of the sand worms going around the sides...
maybe you could do one long sandworm going around, the head and tail meeting at the handle with beetlejuice-style skulls  along the body ?

Tomatoes and oregano make it Italian;
wine and tarragon make it French.
Sour cream makes it Russian;
lemon and cinnamon make it Greek.
Soy sauce makes it Chinese;
garlic makes it good.

That Rocks - I used a brown vinyl starline to make a dress up trunk for my neice...

http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=80446.0

I sealed it with a outdoor vinyl sealer... I can't remember the name of it - but it was in the hard core paint aisle of my local hardware store...

Sorry, no new suggestions, I just wanted to let you know how awesome your suitcase looks. Kinda makes me want to go looking for my old Beetlejuice coloring books...
