Can someone help me use this picture to make something?

My little cousin goes to this school and on the site I found her picture:




I was wondering if anyone could help me out by photoshopping or anything to it. It doesn't have to have her name. Anything would be appreciated, i ran out of my trial period already.

You know what, this is such a lovely picture, i cant think of anything to improve it.  I tried.  I've been sitting here trying different things...but what looks best is just the picture itself:

What a beautiful little girl! 

Here are a few...generally the same, but a little different with each.  It would make a great wallet print...the orginal or any version, she is so darned cute!  I could print & send you one in the mail if you want to give one to her as a present?  I have credit card size photo paper that's pretty spiffy.
