I have 2 questions: Did you find that the recommended 20 inches was a good length?  Is it worked in a circle or as one long strip that ties together with the ribbon?

Sorry, haven't been on here in a couple of months.  It is made in one long strip and ties in a circle with the ribbon.  I actually measured the thighs of the brides and added an estimated number of inches for the ruffliness.
