I was wondering how I'd be able to make these on my own, if anyone has any ideas for me I'd like to hear 'em! Thank you, oh yeah and tell me if the pictures don't show up because this is my first time posting pictures so I really don't know how but I'm gonna try.  Thank you!

yeah they were definatly screen printed. Making them on your own would be tuff with stenciling, but if you do silscreening too you can try to do it that way.

i think i would try transfer pens. you draw a design on paper and then iron it onto a shirt. i think they are sulky transfer pens. or i'd try a fabric marker. 

and maybe post this Q in the stenciling area, they would know the specifics about transfer pens and other techniques...?
