Made a shirt for the ol' ball 'n' chain (Hey, that sounds lewd!  Sorry!)  Men look good in florals!  Does anyone else make floral shirts for their guy?  Here's my latest (shirt, that is, not husband):

I really like the print - though I don't know that all dudes could pull of floral! My partner certainly would be pushing the fashion boundaries - he's a very thin and kinda lanky guy (and cute as hell!) . I've offered to show him how to make those oversize trousers he likes so much (despite their impracitaclity!) but he just hasn't really shown interest...oh,welL!!
ps- was the tailored shirt hard to make?

It doesn't feel like exercise when you're wearing chiffon.

Tamarack-  The shirt was very easy to make.  I used one of those so-called "three-hour" patterns, only it takes me more like five hours.  I've made about 80 shirts all using the same tattered pattern.  My husband is now known for having unusual and beautiful shirts.  He's done some acting.  For one movie the costumer told him to stay in the shirt he wore to the set, because it fit the character he was playing.  Too bad the character was a hapless, nerdy loser!!!!!  (He's always getting asked to audition for parts like "morgue attendant.")  My shirts are in three movies.
