Shocked

That's about all I can say. That is a phenomenal dress.

LOOKING FOR A PERSONAL SWAP: I'm hoping for dinosaur-themed Xmas crackers, or other dinosaur Xmas items. I can make a Jayne Cobb hat, or many other things!

What an amazing confection of a dress! It's absolutely stunning, and your mom's alterations made it more so. Is she a professional seamstress, or just exceptionally talented and making daughter's dreams work?

You dress makes me smile and sigh. I love it.

:X No she isn't a professional seamstress, but she loves quilting. When my sister and I were younger she made all of our halloween costumes and our flower girl dresses for my aunt's wedding. Having a devoted mother is the greatest thing to having growing up.

And thank you everyone for the compliments. Smiley I will have to show my mom.

It takes a lot of courage to mess with a dress that pretty. But I have to say, it looks SOOOOO much better now than it did before! Kudos to mom and to you!

Wow! What a gorgeous job she did on it - I agree with the others - it's so scary to try to alter something so perfect-looking. But she did it! Moms are the best, aren't they? Smiley
