does anyone know how to make Angela's "full-tilt, boogie-quilted extravaganza of puff" rosettes?

 Cheesy Those!  They are pretty neat looking.  The rosettes look like they've been scrunched up somehow and then secured in the middle--that's just a wild guess and is probably way wrong!

they look like quilting yoyos.  unless you're talking about her flourishons (sp?) which I have no clue about.   Roll Eyes
